By signing here, I declare myself to be responsible for my own health and safety while on the property of Moon Meadows Farm and/or participating in a retreat or class. And I hereby waive and release Moon Meadows Farm and Suzanne Morgan from and against any and all claims of illness or injury apparently associated with participation in any of this program, including, but not limited to, class instruction, use of the land or property.
